Payments for services conducted through Heroes Hive are facilitated by third-party payment processors. Heroes Hive is not responsible for any payment processing errors or issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heroes Hive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, Web Application, or Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
